300例联合腰麻硬膜外麻醉术中的护理配合

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合腰麻硬膜外麻醉术中的护理配合措施,总结医学经验,为临床提供借鉴。方法:选取2012年9月-2013年3月笔者所在医院收治的施行联合腰麻硬膜外麻醉手术患者300例,按照患者入院顺序进行编号、抽取,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,各150例。对照组采用一般护理,观察组则从心理护理、手术配合、术中护理等方面进行护理,对并发症进行有效预防。结果:观察组护理满意度为83.3%,较对照组的68.7%高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中采用人性化的护理,有利于提高手术疗效,降低并发症发生率,有效促进患者恢复。Objective： To explore the nursing cooperation of combined spinal and epidural anaesthesia, summarizing medical experience, to provide reference for clinic.Method： 300 cases in our hospital from Sep 2012 to Mar 2013 were selected, according to the patients admitted to hospital group they were divided into observation group（n=150） and control group（n=150）.Control group was given general nursing, observation group was given psychological nursing, surgery and intraoperative nursing care, preventing complications.Result： The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 83.3%, was significantly higher than control group（68.7%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Couclusion： Intraoperative application of humane nursing, can improve the surgical curative effect, reduce complications, promote the recovery of patients.
