基于内容分析法对老年长期护理定义的基本元素解析

摘　　要：目的对老年长期护理的概念进行解析,为临床工作提供借鉴和依据。方法通过检索外文数据库Pubmed、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库中有关老年长期护理的文献,基于内容分析法对文献中的老年长期护理的定义从研究对象、时间界定、地点、提供主体、主要内容和主要目的6个方面进行分析,提出最能代表老年长期护理内涵的指标。结果老年长期护理定义涉及失能或患慢性病的老年人、在较长的一段时间内、生活照料、医疗卫生服务等12个指标。结论老年长期护理定义的基本元素体现为在一段较长的时间内,为失能或患慢性病的老年人提供日常生活照料、医疗等一系列综合性服务,地点包括各类医疗机构和养老机构、社区及家庭。应构建符合我国国情的长期护理模式和服务体系,以提高老年长期护理的规范性、专业性和连续性。Objective To analyze definition of long-term care for the elderly, and to provide references for clinical practice. Methods We searched literature on long-term care for the elderly in the database of PubMed, CNKI, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and VIP Chinese Scientific Journals Database. Based on content analysis, we broke the concepts of long-term care for the elderly into such six aspects as research objects, timing and length, places, providers, main contents and purposes. Then we refined the indicators which were the most representative of the connotation of long-term care for the elderly. Results The representative indica- tors of long term care for the elderly included 12 specific aspects： the elderly with disability or chronic diseases, a longer period of time, daily life,assistance, medical services, etc. Conclusion The concept of long-term care for the elderly features itself with a long period, providing the elderly suffering from disability or chronic diseases with daily life assistance, medical and a series of integra- tedservices, and such locations as various medical institutions and pension institutions, community and family. Long-term care sys- tem that fits into our national conditions should be buitt in an effort to improve the informality, professionalism and continuity.
