全人照护对老年膀胱癌患者生活质量及心理社会适应的影响

摘　　要：目的促进老年膀胱癌手术患者身心康复。方法对39例老年膀胱癌术后患者实施身心社灵四方面的全人照护,包括建立老年膀胱癌全人照护小组并培训相关人员、给予心灵支持、开设健康教育大讲堂、探访患者及组建泌尿造口患者俱乐部等。实施3个月后评价效果。结果干预后生命质量测评量表(FACT)及疾病心理社会适应量表(PAIS-SR)评分,除PAIS-SR中的自尊和自我接纳维度与干预前改善不显著外(P>0.05),另10项均有显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论全人照护有利于提高老年膀胱癌术后患者的生命质量及心理社会适应性。Objective To promote physiological and mental recovery of elderly bladder cancer patients after surgery. Methods Thirty- nine elderly bladder cancer patients after surgery received whole person care, including establishment and training of whole person care team, providing spiritual support, setting up health education lecture, visiting patients and organizing club of urinary artificial orifice etc. The effect was evaluated by using the Functional Assessment of Cencer Therapy （FACT） and the Self-report Psychoso- cial Adjustment to Illness Scale （PAIS-SR） 3 months later. Results Except self esteem and self-acceptance dimension in the PAIS- SR, the other 10 dimensions of the FACT and the PAIS-SR were significantly improved after the intervention （P〈0.05, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Whole person care is beneficial to improve life quality and psychosocial adaptability of elderly bladder cancer pa tients after surgery.
