摘  要:目的了解患者住院期间对夜间护理服务的真实感受,找出护理服务的不足,完善整体护理服务。方法采取质性研究中的现象学方法对住院患者进行深入访谈,了解患者对夜间护理服务的感受,整理资料并提炼主题,运用矛盾分析法探究结论。结果提炼出整体夜间护理质量高,耐心周到、和蔼可亲,回复及时、勤巡视,细心体贴,技术娴熟,夜间护理与日间护理无差别6个正性主题;休息环境差,人力资源缺乏,负性情绪困扰,服务质量参差不齐4个负性主题。结论夜间护理服务整体较好,但与日间护理相比仍存在忙乱、护理服务不及时等问题,护理管理者及护理人员均应重视,并加以改进。Objective To understand patients' true feelings of night care during hospitalization, to find out inadequacies of nursing care, and to improve quality of holistic nursing. Methods In-depth interviews were carried out in the hospitalized patients by using Husserl's phenomenological method, to understand the patients feelings of night care, Data were collated and themes were extrac- ted. Conclusions were explored by method of contradiction analysis. Results Six positive and 4 negative themes were extracted. Posi- tive themes were high-qualify holistic night care; very patient, thoughtful and amiable; timely response and regular patrol; careful and considerate; skilled; no difference between day care and night care. Negative themes were bad rest environment, lack of human resources, suppression of negative emotions, uneven quality of service. Conclusion The whole night care is good. However, com- pared with the day care, there are still problems such as fuss, response delay and so on. Nurse managers and nursing staffs should pay attention to these problems and make improvements.
