米氮平对老年慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨米氮平对老年慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁患者的疗效。方法选取201 1年6月一2012年5月诊治的老年慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁症患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例,2组患者均接受慢性心力衰竭的常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗心力衰竭的基础上给予米氮平片治疗,疗程均为10个月。观察2组患者HAMD评分及心功能的改善情况并进行比较。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后1、3、6、10个月HAMD评分均下降(P<0.05),而对照组无显著改善(P>0.05),且治疗组治疗6、10个月时均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、6分钟步行试验(6 mWT)及心率均显著改善,且治疗组均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论米氮平可改善心力衰竭患者的抑郁症状,并提高心力衰竭的疗效。Objective To discuss the effect of mirtazapine in elderly depressed patients with chronic heart failure treatment.Methods Select the June 2011 to May 2012 elderly patients who were treated for chronic heart failure,80 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group,and the control group including of 40 patients,2 groups of patients underwent conventional treatment of chronic heart failure,the treatment group given conventional treatment of heart failure on the basis of mirtazapine tablets in the treatment,a course of 10 months were observed.Improvement of the two groups were observed with HAMD score and cardiac function were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,alter treatment,1,3,6,10 months HAMD scores were decreased（P 0.05）,whereas no significant improvement in the control group（P 0.05）,and the treatment group at 6 and 10 months,results were better than the control group（P 0.05）.After treatment,the two groups LVEF,FS,6mWT and heart rate were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Mirtazapine may improve depressive symptoms in patients with heart failure,and improve the efficacy of heart failure.
