摘  要:目的观察微创无痕缝合技术联合围瘢痕期干预治疗对预防瘢痕形成的临床效果。方法选取创伤手术患者690例,随机分为常规缝合组、微创无痕组(微创无痕缝合术)和微创+干预组(微创无痕缝合术+围瘢痕期干预),每组230例,术后6、12个月,应用温哥华瘢痕量表法(VSS)结合应用超高频超声瘢痕厚度检测,定量评估皮肤愈合后瘢痕形成情况,观察3组治疗效果并进行比较。结果治疗6个月、12个月后3组温哥华瘢痕评分比较,微创+干预组<微创无痕组<常规缝合组(P<0.05,P<0.01);超高频超声检测瘢痕厚度结果显示,6个月、12个月后3组比较,微创+干预组<微创无痕组<常规缝合组(P<0.05,P<0.01);12个月后皮肤愈合瘢痕明显减轻的顺序为:微创+干预组>微创无痕组>常规缝合组(P<0.01)。结论微创无痕缝合术结合围瘢痕期干预治疗能有效地预防瘢痕组织形成。Objective To observe the clinical effect of application of minimally invasive non scar suture technique intervention treatment in round cicatricial phase to prevent scar formation.Methods Selected 690 cases of trauma surgery patients were randomly divided into conventional suture group,minimally invasive trace group(minimally invasive suturing trace) and minimally invasive + intervention group(minimally invasive suturing trace + round scarring of the intervention),230 patients in each group,6 and 12 months after surgery,the application of the Vancouver scar scale Act(VSS) application UHF ultrasound combined with scar thickness measurement,quantitative assessment of skin scarring after healing,observed three treatment groups results and compare them.Results After treatment for 6 months,12 months after the Vancouver scar scores between the three groups,minimally invasive intervention group minimally invasive trace group conventional suture group(P 0.05,P 0.01);UHF ultrasound showed scar thickness,6 months,12 months alter the three groups,minimally invasive intervention group minimally invasive trace group conventional suture group(P 0.05,P 0.01);12 months after the healing of skin scarring significantly reduced in the following order;a minimally invasive intervention group Seamless minimally invasive group conventional suture group(P 0.01).Conclusion Seamless minimally invasive suture scars combined circumference of intervention can be effective in preventing the formation of scar tissue.
