摘　　要：介绍了新建芯模振动制管生产线初期生产时,比较容易出现的一些产品质量缺陷,对质量缺陷的形成原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的技术措施及工艺控制要点。When a new core mould vibration pipe production line is established, it’s easy for the products to appear some quality defects. So, for solving this problem, the quality defects are introduced, and the reasons why the quality defects occur are analyzed, and the corresponding technical measures and key points of process control are put forward.
