The Path Model among Buyer-supplier Relationship, Commitment and Cooperative Performance: An Empirical Research on Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises

摘  要:文章研究表明:我国制造企业供需双方关系包括信任、依赖和信息共享三个因素,承诺包括承诺意愿和承诺行动两个因素;承诺意愿不仅对合作绩效具有显著直接影响路径,还通过承诺行动途径实现对合作绩效的间接影响;供需双方关系的各因素通过承诺意愿和承诺行动对合作绩效产生不同程度作用,信任和信息共享同时通过承诺意愿和承诺行动对合作绩效产生间接正向影响,信任对承诺意愿和承诺行动的影响效果均最为显著,而依赖对承诺意愿有显著负面影响,对承诺行动影响不显著。The empirical results showed that:1) the buyer-supplier relationship of Chinese manufacturing enterprises includ-ed trust,dependence and information sharing,and commitment involved commitment will and commitment action;2)commit-ment will not only had direct effect on cooperative performance,but also had indirect effect on cooperative performance through commitment action;3) the three factors of buyer-supplier relationship had different effects on cooperative perfor-mance through commitment will and commitment action.Among them.both trust and information sharing had indirect posi-tive impacts on cooperative performance through commitment will and commitment action,and the effects of trust on commit-ment will and commitment action were most significant.However,dependence did not significantly affect commitment action,but had a significant negative effect on commitment will.
