摘　　要：依据工作流管理联盟的工作流参考模型,基于Web Services实现架构,结合软件代理技术,提出一种个性化的工作流模型。文章详细阐述了此模型中注册代理、流程代理、任务代理的设计与使用,以及用Web服务架构实现个性化流程中活动的通信。Combined with the workflow reference model of Workflow Management Coalition, the Web Services architecture and software agent technology, a personalized workflow model is put forward. This paper expounds in detail the design and use of registered agent, flow agent, task agent in this model, at the same time, the communication which realizes personalized flow by Web Services architecture is also put forward.
