摘　　要：以双缸洗衣机桶体为例,介绍了桶体结构及优化方案,分析了深腔类注射模的浇注系统、型腔与型芯结构、冷却系统、抽芯系统、顶出系统的结构特点及设计方案,针对此类模具经常出现的疑难问题提出解决方案,有效保证桶体的成型质量、缩短了桶体的生产成型周期,降低了模具制造成本。The structure and optimization scheme for a double-cylinder washing machine bar rel were stated; and the structure characteristics and design plan of injection mould for deep cavity product were analyzed which cover the gating system, cavity and core struc ture, cooling system, core-pulling system and ejection system. Some solution was then pro- posed to solve the problems in the type of the mould.
