摘　　要：分析了智能手机盒套的结构与技术要求,阐述了热塑性弹性体材料的性能和成型特性,介绍了盒套注射模的设计方法、结构组成和工作过程,并说明了其成型工艺要点。模具结构合理可靠,生产运行顺利稳定。The structural characteristics and technological requirements of an intelligent mo bile phone box shell were analyzed. The performance and forming characteristics of thermo plastic elastomer material were explained. The design method, structure composition and working process of an injection mould for the box shell were introduced; and the key points of the forming process were illustrated.
