摘　　要：在现代化的电子产品生产过程中,经常需要对已经焊接好元器件的PCB板进行操作,如测试编程等,这些操作中的较大的应力会对PCB产品产生破坏作用。为了检测该应力的大小,以NI公司的图像化软件LabVIEW及该公司的SCXI等数据采集单元为基础开发了PCB产品的应力检测系统,该系统能够检测PCB生产过程中各个环节对所操作的PCB产品产生的应力的大小,控制PCB产品所受应力在允许的范围内。During modern production process of electronic product,there are many operations on the bare PCB boards such as programming or testing. In those operations,there may be some stress to PCB which making the PCB damage. In order to test this stress,a stress test system based on NI LabVIEW and SCXI DAQ was designed. This system could be used to measure the stress on the PCB,when it was manufactured on the production line. Monitoring the stress on the production line can minimize the damage caused by big stress.
