摘 要:目的探讨绝经后冠心病(CHD)患者血浆中雌激素、内皮功能、脂蛋白与冠脉严重程度的相互关系,分析雌激素对内皮功能、血脂的影响。方法回顾性分析394例绝经后女性,按照冠脉造影结果分为CHD组和非CHD组。分析血糖、脂蛋白(a)、hs-CRP、ET-1及高血压病史、血糖、E2、NO、NOS和冠脉病变的影像学资料。结果病例组患者的血糖、脂蛋白(a)、hs-CRP、ET-1及高血压、糖尿病明显升高,E2、NO、NOS较对照组减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与单支病变组比较,双支、多支病变E2、NO、NOS、ET水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性CHD发生上升可能与雌激素水平下降有关。Objective To investigate the relationships of estrogen, endothelial function, lipoprotein and coronary seriousness in post menopausal women with coronary artery disease (CAD). And to analyze the influence of estrogen on endothelial function and lipo- protein. Methods Retrospective analysis of 394 cases of postmenopausal women, who were divided into coronary heart disease (CHD) group and non CHD group according to the results of coronary angiography. The blood sugar, lipoprotein (a), hs - CRP, ET ! and history of hypertension, hyperglycemia, E2, NO, NOS and coronary lesions imaging data were analyzed. Results The patient~ blood, lipoprotein (a), hs - CRP, ET 1 and high blood pressure, diabetes were significantly increased in the CHD group, and E2, NO, NOS were significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05 ) than those in control group. Compared with single lesion group, double branch, and muhivessel disease E2, NO, NOS, ET level had significant difference (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Rise of incidence of coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women could relevant with decline the estrogen level;Coronary artery endothelial dysfunction is an independent predictor of cardiovascular events.Objective To investigate the relationships of estrogen, endothelial function, lipoprotein and coronary seriousness in post menopausal women with coronary artery disease (CAD).
