摘　　要：对按生产要素分配的性质、理论依据与事实依据、实现形式与实现条件、与按劳分配的关系等问题做了分析 ,并对西方经济学中“边际生产力分配理论”的局限性做了扼要评论。按生产要素分配属于功能性分配 ,生产的联合性质和生产要素所有者的多元化 ,构成按生产要素分配的理论依据和实施依据 ,生产要素的市场价格是按生产要素分配的实现形式 。WT5BZ]:In the aspects of characteristics, theoretic basis, forms and conditions for the distribution according to productive elements the paper analyzes its relationship with distribution according to work and then discusses the limits of the marginal productive forces distribution theory in the Western economics. Distribution according to productive elements belongs to functional distribution, and its integrated production features and diversified productive element owners form a theoretical and practical basis for the realization of distribution according to productive elements. The market price and the competitive market of productive elements are respectively the form and conditions for the realization of the distribution. [WT5HZ]
