摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外光谱库发展的情况,着重讨论了农业应用领域对植被光谱的研究和波谱库的建设和使用的情况,阐述了建立温性草原植被波谱库的必要性和紧迫性,提出建立天山中部山地温性草原建群种波谱数据库对新疆草地退化遥感监测有重要意义,也将为未来的实时监测平台的建立打下基础。This article describes the development of domestic and international spectral library, focused on the use of agricultural applications areas of vegetation spectra and spectral library constructure and expounded the necessity and urgency of establishing warm grassland vegetation spectral library, the establishment of constructive species spectral database of Central TianShan mountain temperature grassland will play a very important role on grassland degradation remote sensing monitoring will also lay the foundation for the establishment of real-time monitoring platform..
