摘 要:电动汽车充电站是电动汽车相关基础设施的重要组成部分,也是电动汽车未来大规模应用的必要前提。首先用网格法确定规划区充电站站址,并提出了负荷率控制系数和充电负荷密集区等概念,接着建立了充电站规划模型和充电站盈利模型。运用充电站负荷率、投资回收期、充电行驶里程和综合满意度4类评价指标对充电站的选址与整体经济性进行了评价。案例分析表明了规划方法的有效性和适应性。The charging station is an important component of the electric vehicle's infrastructure.It is also the prerequisite of future's large scale application of electric vehicles.This paper uses grid method to determine the sites of charging station in the planning area,and proposes two new concepts including the load rate coefficient and charging load concentrated area.Then a charging station planning model and charging station profit model are established.At last four evaluation indexes including the charging station load rate,the investment capital,the charging trip mileage and the comprehensive satisfaction degree are proposed to evaluate the site selection and the whole economy of charging station.Analysis results show that the planning method is effective and adaptable.
