摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法对156例NERD军人患者采取综合护理干预措施,比较护理干预前后患者的临床症状积分及生活质量评分。结果护理干预后NERD患者的临床症状积分及生活质量评分与护理干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可减轻NERD患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective To study the clinical significance of nursing intervention on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease （NERD）. Methods The comprehensive nursing intervention was provided for 156 soldier patients. The clinical symptom scores and quality of life scores of the patients were compared before and after nursing intervention. Results The differences in the clinical symptom scores and quality of life scores of the patients after nursing intervention were statistically significant compared with those before nursing intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the clinical symptom of NERD patients and improve their quality of life.
