摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的变化及其临床意义。方法将试验对象分为3组:健康对照组;2型糖尿病无血管并发症组和有血管并发症组。用Sysmex CA 1500全自动凝血分析仪分别测定3组试验对象的PT、APTT;用Olympus AU 6400全自动生化仪测定其血糖及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果 2型糖尿病患者有血管并发症者体内常有凝血功能障碍,其PT、APTT与健康对照组相比明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且PT、APTT的缩短与HbA1c水平呈负相关。无血管病变组与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 2型糖尿病患者并发血管病变可能使患者PT、APTT缩短,且缩短水平与患者体内HbA1c呈负相关,监测2型糖尿病患者凝血功能有助于糖尿病患者并发微血管病变的早期诊断与监测。Objective To discuss the variation of prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTY) in patients with type 2 diabetes and it's clinical significance. Methods The objects would be divided into three groups: normal control group, diabetes without complications group and diabetes with complications group. All the subjects in the near future were no bleeding and thrombotic diseases. Sysmex CA1500 automated blood coagulation analyzer would be used to analyze the dose of PT and AVIT of three research groups; Olympus AU 6400 automated biochemistry analyzer would be used to analyze the standard of glucose and HbAlc of these groups. Results In patients with type 2 diabetes who were in poor blood glucose control were always with blood caogulation disfunction. Those with vascular complications performed in high coagulation state. The points of PT and AVIT decreased while the standard of HbA^c receasing. Conclusion The vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes will shorten the patients' PT and AIrIT and how much these points shorted is depending on the standard of HbA1c. Monitoring patients with type 2 diabetes'coagulation function is good for understanding the process of these patients and discovering vascular complications in the early time.
