摘 要:智能工厂是未来工厂的发展方向,也是信息化应用的高级阶段,更是多学科之间相互渗透、相互支持,实现"两化"深度融合的必由之路。文章针对许多企业面对"大数据"时代的无奈和实施工厂智能化的困惑,回顾了智能化思想的发展历程,解读了传统智能工厂的理念,给出了现阶段智能工厂新的定义。面对众多的科学研究方法,从易工程化和技术成熟度两个维度,对流程制造工业智能工厂体系架构和基础实施技术进行了探索,认为基于知识发现和基于模型的两类技术应该是目前智能工厂建设的首选技术,并利用这两个方法设计了流程工业三个层面智能化的体系架构。Intelligent plant will be leading the development of future factories. That is not only the advanced stage of the information application, but also the multi-disciplinary inter-inifltration and mutual support, which thus will be the only way to achieve deep integration of informationization and industrialization. Focusing on the helplessness caused by the era of “Big Data” and the confusions about the implementation of intelligent factory faced by many companies, this paper reviews the development of intellectualization thoughts, interprets the concept of traditional intelligent plant, and provides the new deifnition of an intelligent plant at the present stage. Among numerous scientiifc research methods, this study explores the systematic structure of an intelligent plant of process manufacturing industry and basic implementation techniques in the terms of simplified engineering and technological maturity. Finally, the paper figures out that the preferred technologies for the intelligent plant construction will be based on knowledge discovery and modeling which can be applied in the design of systematic structure for the three-level intellectualization of process industry.
