摘　　要：本文首先介绍了IEC104规约的通信过程,然后给出了规约的软件设计流程图以及采用XML语言对规约的配置方法。结合配电自动化的实际应用,对配电网故障的检测和故障隔离进行了简单说明,并给出了控制主站的遥控过程和报文实例。This paper introduces the communication process of IEC104 protocol at ifrst, gives the software design lfow and the method of how to conifgure the protocol using XML language. Combined with the practical application of the distribution automation, the fault detection and isolation of distribution network are simply explained. Lastly, the remote control process and the protocol packets example are described in this paper.
