摘 要:采用一步法制备出无溶剂水性聚氨酯,对比了软段种类、软段分子量以及亲水扩链剂对无溶剂水性聚氨酯的乳液粒径、粘度、稳定性的影响;并将无溶剂水性聚氨酯用于人造革粘合涂层,对粘合涂层的剥离强度、耐水值、耐增塑剂值以及耐碱值进行检测,结果显示:采用PBA-2000为软段、DMBA为亲水基团一步法制备的无溶剂水性聚氨酯作为人造革粘合剂时综合性能最好;其剥离强度为21.3 N·25 mm-1,耐水值为87%,耐增塑剂值为69%,耐碱值为78%。One - pot reaction was used in the preparation of a series of solvent - free waterborne polyurethane. The influence of soft segment, the molecular weight of soft segment and hydrophilic chain extender to viscosity, the average size of emulsoid particle and stability was compared. The solvent - free waterborne polyurethane were applied on synthetic leather adhesive coating. The peel strength, the anti - water penetration force and the anti - plasticizer penetration force and the anti - alkali penetration force were studied, the results showed that the overall performance of solvent - free waterborne polyurethane with PBA -2000 as the soft segment and DMBA as hydrophilic radical was best, The peel strength was 21.3 N . 25 mm^-1, the anti -water penetration force was 87%, the anti -plasticizer penetration force was 69%, the anti - alkali penetration force was 78%.
