摘  要:采用自由基聚合法制备出了线性共聚物P(NIPA—CO—sA)水凝胶,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪进行结构、分子链及其分布表征,借助浊度、黏度、DSC等手段表征了其温度敏感性能,并定量地研究了单体配比与P(NIPA—CO—SA)较低临界溶解温度(LCST)的数值关系。结果表明:P(NIPA—Co-SA)水凝胶具有温度敏感特性,P(NIPA—CO—SA)提高了聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPA)的LCST,且随着反应物中SA比例的提高,产物的LCST逐渐升高,但响应速率呈逐渐降低的趋势。建立了单体配比与LCST的非线性回归方程,可通过调节合成工艺参数实现水凝胶的LCST在30~90℃范围内可控,以满足煤炭火灾预防及控制需要。Linear P (NIPA-co-SA) hydrogelswere synthesized by free radical polymerization. The structure, molecular chain and distribution of P (NIPA-co-SA)were identified by FT-IR and GPC. The thermosensitivity of P( NIPA-co- SA) was studied through viscosity, turbidity and DSC analysis. The numerical relations between monomer ratio and LCST of P (NIPA-co-SA)hydrogels were quantificationally researched. The results show that the P (NIPA-co-SA) hydrogels are thermosensitive, which enhance LCST of PNIPA. Along with raise of ratio of SA in reactant, the LCST of product gradually increases, but the response rate declines. The non-linear regression equation between LCST and monomers ratio was established,the LCST of hydrogels can be controlled in the range of 30-90 ℃ by adjusting synthesis process parameters, which meets the need of coal fire prevention and control.
