益气活血解毒汤治疗气虚血瘀型心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒汤治疗气虚血瘀型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择气虚血瘀证心绞痛患者47例,随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(23例),两组均常规给予抗血小板、抗凝、调脂、抗心绞痛及对症治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用益气活血解毒汤口服。观察两组心绞痛临床疗效及中医证候疗效,治疗前后血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血液流变性状及缺血总时间等指标变化。结果治疗组中医证候疗效、心绞痛症状疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在降低总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、C反应蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及减少缺血时间方面较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗组在改善血液流变学性状方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血解毒汤可有效防治气虚血瘀型心绞痛,并具有一定的改善脂质代谢及血液流变学性状,减轻冠状动脉粥样斑块炎症反应的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu decoction（YHJD） for treatment of angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Forty - seven angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n： 23） treated with routine treatment including antiplatelet, anticoagulation, adjust - lipid, anti - angina and symptomatic treatment, and treatment group （n=24） treated with routine treatment plus Y HJD. The clinical effects, traditional Chinese medieine（TCM） syndrome effect and the change of blood lipid, high -sensitivity C -reactive protein （hs - CRP）, hemorheology and the cumulative ischemic time were observed. Results The clinical effects and TCM syndromes effects in treatment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Depressing TC,TG,low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C）, CRP, advancing high -density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL -C） and decreasing the cumulative ischemic time in treatment group were better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Improving hemorheology in treatment group was better than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion YHJD can prevent and cure angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,meanwhile it has the effect of improving lipid metabolism,hemorheology and palliating coronary atheromatous plaque inflammatory reaction.
