真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆NT-proBNP的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨真武汤对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清血浆N末端脑钠肽体前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法 80例CHF患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。两组均接受常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用真武汤。对比分析治疗前后两组患者的血清NT-proBNP水平、NYHA分级、超声心动图等指标。结果治疗组较对照组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径显著下降(P<0.05),左室射血分数显著升高(P<0.05),血浆NT-proBNP显著降低(P<0.05)。结论真武汤与常规西药治疗CHF具有协同作用,改善心功能及降低血清NT-proBNP水平,同时能改善CHF的心室重构。真武汤对血清NT-proBNP水平的抑制可能是其发挥治疗作用的机制之一。Objective To explore the effect of Zhenwu decoction（ZWD） on the level of plasma N terminal brain natriuretic pep- tide（NT - proBNP） in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods Eighty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n= 40） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n= 40） treated with routine treatment and ZWD. The levels of NT- proBNP,The New York Heart Association （NYHA） functional classification, ultrasound heartbeat graph classifi cation index were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group,the diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter and plasma NT proBNP level in treatment group were decreased significantly while the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ZWI） and routine treatment can improve the heart function,decrease the level of serum NT proBNP,and improve ventricular remodeling in patients with CHF.
