摘 要:维修资源是战时维修保障系统的重要组成部分,维修资源的有效整合是生成维修保障能力的物质基础和前提条件。针对当前高寒山地作战装备维修资源整合存在的问题和挑战,以战时维修保障理论成果为支撑,运用资源整合理论及方法,从转变能力生成模式、明确资源整合需求、聚合集成要素单元、耦合优化能力结构、维修资源动态整合等5个方面对问题进行了多角度的理论探讨,为高寒山地作战装备维修资源整合提供了理论参考。Maintenance resources are an important part of wartime maintenance support system, and the effective integration of which is the material foundation and significant prerequisite to generate maintenance support ability. Against the questions and challenges in current equipment maintenance resource integration in alpine mountain warfare, the transforming of the generating patterns of maintenance support ability, the defining of the need of maintenance resource integration, the integrating of elements and units, the optimization of maintenance ability structure, and the dynamic integration of maintenance resources are discussed in this paper from various theoretical and scholarship angles as the support to the current theoretical achievements of maintenance support in wartime, and a theoretical reference is provided to the integration of equipment maintenance resource integration in alpine mountain combat.
