摘  要:目的:观察葡萄糖耐量因子(GTF)葛根功能牛奶对啤酒酵母静息细胞葡萄糖代谢的影响,探讨其是否产生了类似中医方剂相须配伍的效应。方法:采用酵母静息细胞做为细胞模型,葡萄糖做为底物,观察初始葡萄糖浓度、反应4h葡萄糖浓度以及活性单位。结果:反应4h后,GTF葛根功能牛奶组与普通牛奶组、GTF功能牛奶组、葛根素组比较,葡萄糖浓度降低,活性单位偏高(P<0.01)。结论:GTF葛根功能牛奶可以加强酵母静息细胞的葡萄糖代谢,且其作用优于单一的GTF功能牛奶及葛根素,有药效学上的协同作用。Objective: To observe the effect of GTF puerarin functional milk on the metabolism of glucose in the resting cells of beer yeast and to explore whether it has a similar compatibility as the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Using yeast resting cells as cell model and glucose as substrate, the initial glucose concentration, glucose concentration after 4 hours and activity unit were observed. Results: After 4 hours, glucose concentration of GTF puerarin functional milk group decreased and activity unit increased compared with the ordinary milk group, GTF functional milk group, puerarin group. There was a significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion: GTF puerarin functional milk can enhance the metabolism of glucose in yeast resting cells, and its effect is better than that of single GTF functional milk or puerarin. They have the synergistic pharmacodynamics effects.
