摘  要:目的:观察正天丸对多巴胺、硝酸甘油诱导的偏头痛大鼠模型行为学及脑干神经递质影响。方法:采用腹部皮下先注射多巴胺,后注射硝酸甘油复制偏头痛大鼠模型,以盐酸氟桂利嗪为对照药,观察正天丸对偏头痛大鼠行为学及脑干神经递质含量影响。结果:正天丸能增加偏头痛大鼠各时间段爬笼和挠头次数,但与模型组比较,无统计学差异;正天丸能提高大鼠脑干5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量(P<0.05),而脑干去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、高香草酸(HVA)及3,4-二羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)含量与模型组比较,无统计学差异。结论:正天丸对偏头痛大鼠模型行为学表现有一定改善作用,并可提高脑干5-HT水平,提示该药具有良好的偏头痛保护作用。Objective: To study the effects of Zhengtian Pill on the behavioristics and neurotransmitter contents in brain stem in migraine model induced by Dopamine and Nitroglycerin. Methods: Successively intrapefitoneal injection of Dopamine and Nitroglycerin induced rat migraine model. Flunarizine as control drug, observed the behavioristics and neurotransmitter contents of Zhengtian Pill on migraine. Results: Zhengtian Pill could improve the frequency of climbing cages and scratching heads of migraine rats, showing no significant difference compared with model group; Zhengtian Pill enhanced 5-HT contents in rat brain stems (P〈0.05). The comparison with model group for the contents of NE, DA, HVA and DOPAC showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Zhengtian Pill can improve behavioristics of migraine rat model, and up-regulate the level of 5-HT, indicating its good effect on relieving migraine.
