摘　　要：国医大师徐景藩教授,临床尤擅脾胃病之诊治,对胃下垂的治疗积累了丰富的经验,认为胃下垂临床特点繁多,病机复杂,临床以辨证为主,分为调中理气、疏肝和胃、温肾化饮三法治之,据证加减,灵活变通,并顺从脾胃升降之性,以调理脾胃升降之机为其治疗要点,同时重视煎服方法、服药时间等细节,可取事半功倍之效。Traditional Chinese medicine master professor XU Jing-fan is famous for treating spleen and stomach diseases. He has accumulated a wealth of experience on gastroptosis. He thinks that this disease basically has various clinical characteristics and pathogenesis is complicated. He treats the disease with syndrome differentiation, and divides it into three methods of treatment according to clinical observation, which are tonifying spleen and regulating qi, soothing liver and harmonizing stomach, wanning the kidney to remove phlegm and retain fluid. And adding and substracfing drugs according to syndrome, the key points of treatment are ascending and descending to comply with the lifting of spleen and stomach. At the same time, attaches great importance to medicine decoction method and details, such as time, which is advisable to get twice the result with half the effort effect.
