奚肇庆教授中医药治疗恶性肿瘤验案举隅

摘　　要：奚肇庆教授擅长运用中医中药治疗晚期恶性肿瘤,在肿瘤临证治疗中主张辨证与辨病相结合,从癌毒立论,对于晚期肿瘤强调以延长生存时间,提高生活质量为治疗目的,扶正以抗癌,结合患者辨证及体质状况,灵活选用虫类抗癌药物,获得了较好的临床疗效。笔者有幸入选江苏省中医药局组织的江苏省老中医药专家学术经验继承专项研究,师从奚肇庆教授,跟师学习,现将其临证过程中疗效显著的验案举隅,探究其学术思想,力图窥一斑而见全豹。Professor XI Zhaog-qing is well known for his experience in treating advanced malignant tumors with TCM, in which he proposes to combine syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in order to prolong survival time and improve quality of life of patients with advanced tumors based on the concept of cancer toxin. Meanwhile, he cleverly uses anticancer drugs from insects by evaluating patients＇ status and strengths the body resistance to treat cancer. I had the honor to study with Prof. XI supported by Jiangsu Special Studies on Inheriting Old TCM Experts＇ Academic Experience organized by Jiangsu Administration of TCM. Here, I aimed to explore and fully understood Prof. XI＇s academic experience from some recipes with remarkable clinical effects.
