摘　　要：《卫生宝鉴》是元代医家罗天益的代表作,是罗天益在总结前人学术思想的基础上,结合自己的临床实践编撰而成。此书虽非针灸学专著,但亦对针灸学术的发展作出了一定的贡献,书中有关灸法的记载,集中反映了罗氏的灸法学术思想。文章主要通过对《卫生宝鉴》一书中灸法特点的分析,浅析该书的灸法学术思想:如灸补脾胃,调和阴阳;防治中风,辨证施灸;临证灸法,案例宏富;熨灸敷灸,独具匠心等。书中的灸法思想在当今针灸临床中仍具有重要的意义。Precious Mirror of Health is the magnum opus of in Yuan dynasty, written by LUO Tian-yi on the basis of summarizing predecessors＇ academic ideas, combining with his own clinical practice. Although this book is not an acu-moxibustion treatise, but also has made certain contributions to the development of acu-moxibustion academic, the records about moxibustion in the book reflect the moxibustion academic thoughts of LUO. By analyzing the characteristics of moxibustion in Precious Mirror of Health, this paper discussed the academic ideology of moxibustion in this book as follows： tonify spleen and stomach by moxibustion, harmony yin-yang; prevent and cure wind stroke, moxibustion treatment according to pattern differentiation; plenty of moxibustion cases; moxibustion by ironing and application with originality, etc. The theory of moxibustion in the book still has significances in today＇s acu-moxa clinic.
