摘　　要：目的:探讨锦灯笼外用对豚鼠和大鼠疮疡模型的影响。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌(皮下注射悬液)感染制作大鼠和豚鼠疮疡模型,观察锦灯笼油糊大、小剂量对豚鼠和大鼠疮疡血清溶菌酶含量及局部组织形态的影响。结果:锦灯笼油糊大、小剂量可显著增高豚鼠和大鼠血清中溶菌酶的含量(P<0.01),显著改善疮疡的症状及病理变化(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:锦灯笼外用对大鼠和豚鼠疮疡均有很好的治疗作用,具有敛疮功能。Objective： To explore the effects of physalis external application on sores ulcers model. Methods： The sores ulcers rats and guinea pigs model was established by subcutaneous injection Staphylococcus aureus levitation liquid. Measuring the serum lysozyme content and the histopathological to observe the external curative effect of large and medium-dose Ampelopsis oil paste in sores ulcers rats and guinea pigs model. Results： The high and low-dose of physalis oil paste could remarkably raise the serum lysozyme content （P〈0.01）, significantly improve the symptoms of ulcers sores and pathological changes （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Physalis external application has a remarkable curative effect on sores ulcers rats and guinea pigs model.
