摘　　要：汾河是山西人民赖以生存的母亲河 ,汾河中游地区是全省政治文化中心和经济最为发达的地区之一 ,但是区内在防洪、供水、水环境和生态等方面都不同程度地存在问题。针对现存诸类问题 ,通过采取科学、合理地完善防洪体系 ,新建、改建和扩建供水工程 ,防治水质污染和改善生态环境等一系列措施 ,使汾河为沿岸人民带来显著的经济、社会和环境综合效益 ,促进区域社会经济的可持续发展。Fen river is the mother river which Shanxi people's life is depending on. The middle Fen river area is one of the most developed region of Shanxi economy and the provincial center of politics and culture. However, there are issued of different seriousness in flood prevention, water supply, water environment, ecology and others. Aimed at the existing issues and through a series of measures as scientific and rational improvement of flood prevention system, construction, reconstruction and enlargement of water supply project, protection of water pollution, improvement of ecological environment and so on , it is sure that the middle Fen river region will bring evident integrated benefit of economy, society and environment to the people on both sides, and promote regional sustainable development in society and economy.
