摘　　要：口蹄疫是当前严重危害我国养猪业的疾病之一,长期以来免疫接种是我国预防该病的重要措施。近年来研制出的猪口蹄疫O型合成肽疫苗以其免疫原性高、生物安全性好、可有效区分免疫动物和感染动物等优点引起了人们的高度重视。本文主要介绍了口蹄疫病毒、O型口蹄疫病毒的抗原位点和猪口蹄疫O型合成肽疫苗的研究概况及其主要特点,旨在为猪口蹄疫O型合成肽疫苗的推广应用提供参考。At present, foot-and-mouth disease is one of the animal diseases which seriously endan-ger Chinese pig industry,,and vaccination is an important prevention methord for this disease. New-ly developed Synthetic peptide vaccine of O-type foot-and-mouth disease in swine has aroused great attention for its high immunogenicity, good biological safety, differentiate infection from vacci-nation, and so on. Foot-and-mouth disease virus, the antigenic epitope of type O foot-and-mouth disease virus, and the research status of synthetic peptide vaccine of type O foot-and-mouth dis-ease of swine and its main characteristic are discussed in this article In order to provide refer-ences for the promotion and the application of this vaccination.
