摘  要:目的 :观察鹿茸对大鼠缺血下肢血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法 :SD大鼠108只,随机分为正常组、模型组、鹿茸高、中、低剂量组、复方丹参片组,每组18只。正常组仅作皮肤切开缝合,余组建立大鼠下肢缺血模型,术后第2天开始给药,分别于术后3、7、14 d各组取大鼠6只,取大鼠内收肌组织检测VEGF蛋白表达,取血测不同时点酶学变化,比较各组差异。结果 :术后3 d,鹿茸中、高剂量组、丹参组VEGF表达明显高于模型组和低剂量组(P<0.05),术后7 d高、中剂量组与丹参组VEGF表达开始下降。术后14 d,鹿茸高剂量组VEGF表达较其他组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 :鹿茸可以促进大鼠缺血下肢VEGF表达的增加,减轻肢体缺血状态。Objective: To observe the effect of antler growth factor on vascular endothelial cells of rats with ischemic limbs (VEGF). Methods: 108 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high, middle, low dose pilose groups, compound salvia tablet group, with 18 rats in each group. The normal group was only skin incision and suture. The other groups were established the lower limb ischemia model and began to give medicine after the very next day. Respectively after 3,7,14 days, 6 rats of each group were taken to detect the VEGF protein expression. The changes of the enzymes of rats were measured at different time points were observed and compared. Results: 3 days after operation, VEGF expressions of middle and high dose of pilose antle groups and compound salvia tablet group were significantly higher than that in model group and low dose group (P〈0.05 ) . 7 days after operation, the expression of high, middle dose groups and salvia miltiorrhiza group began to decrease. 14 days after operation, the expression of VEGF in pilose antler high dose group was significantly increased than that of other groups (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Velvet antler can increase expression of VEGF in rat hind limb ischemia and alleviate ischemic status of the limb.
