中外养老护理发展中的“四化”问题研究

摘　　要：阐述了国外养老护理运行呈法制化、养老护理人才培训模式呈规范化、养老护理专业师资培养呈专业化、养老护理优质服务模式呈多元化。指出了我国养老护理中存在的问题,认为应结合我国国情更好地完善我国的养老护理相关机制。It expounded the operation of foreign aged care was legalized,aged care talents training mode was standardized,the aged care specialized teacher training was specialization,aged care high quality of service model was diversified.It pointed out the problems in aged care in China,and thought that should be combined with national conditions in China to better improve our aged care related mechanisms.
