摘　　要：[目的]探讨健康行为管理对住院慢性心力衰竭病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将在本院心内科住院的心力衰竭病人107例作为研究对象,一病区57例作为观察组,二病区50例作为对照组。观察组采用健康行为管理方法,包括健康教育、技能培训和行为监控;对照组采用常规健康教育方法。2周后调查两组病人生活质量水平。[结果]观察组生活质量4个维度得分和总分低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]健康行为管理能改善住院慢性心力衰竭病人健康行为,提高生活质量。Objective：To probe into the influence of health behavior management on quality of life of chronic heart failure inpatients.Methods：A total of 107 cases of heart failure inpatients in department of cardiology in our hospital were taken as the research objects,57 cases of them in the first ward were taken as observation group,50 cases in the second ward were taken as control group,the patients in observation group used health behavior management methods,including health education,skill training and behavior surveillance; the patients in control group used conventional health education methods.The quality of life score of two groups of patients was investigated after two weeks.Results：Four dimensions scores and total score of quality of life of patients in observation group were lower than that of control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion：Health behavior management can improve healthy behaviors of chronic heart failure inpatients and improve their quality of life.
