摘　　要：介绍了病人对护理服务满意度的概念,对国内外护理服务满意度现状和影响因素进行综述,以期为我国护理服务满意度研究提供参考。It introduced the concept of patients＇satisfaction with nursing service, and reviewed the status quo and influencing factors of nursing service satisfaction in abroad and at home, so as to provide references for research on nursing service satisfaction.
