大肠癌病人照顾者心理弹性和应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨大肠癌病人照顾者心理弹性与应对方式现状及其相关性。[方法]选择大肠癌病人照顾者84人,采用中文版心理弹性量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查,了解其心理弹性和应对方式状况。[结果]照顾者心理弹性得分为54.02分±16.51分,与积极应对呈正相关(r=0.459,P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关(r=-0.351,P<0.05)。[结论]大肠癌病人照顾者心理弹性处于中等水平,与应对方式存在相关性,临床工作中应关注照顾者的心理状态,帮助他们采取有效的应对方式。Objective： To probe into status quo of psychological resilience and coping style of caregivers of patients with colorectal cancer and correla- tion between them. Methods：A total of 84 caregivers of colorectal cancer patients were selected, the Chinese version of psychological resilience scale and simple coping questionnaire were used for investigation to know about the psychological resilience and coping situation of patients. Results：Resili- ence score of caregivers was 54.02 ± 16.51, was positively correlated with positive coping（r = 0. 459, P 〈0.01 ） ; negatively correlated with negative coping（r =0. 351,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Psychological resilience of care- givers of patients with colorectal cancer is at a medium level, and has corre lation with coping style,the psychological state of caregivers should be fo cused on in clinical work,so as to help them take effective coping style.
