摘 要:综合评判决策通常涉及多个因素或多个指标,尽管目前实现综合评判的数学方法种类繁多,但是对系统中的不确定性问题仍未找到理想的解决方法。集对分析(Set Pair Analysis,SPA)实质上是一种处理系统不确定性问题的统计方法,其核心思想是通过定性与定量相结合来解决评判决策问题。利用SPA的思想,提出一种利用同异反向量夹角余弦来快速进行综合评判决策的方法。运用文中提出的方法对电力设备选型实例进行决策和分析,结果表明该方法不仅概念清晰而且计算简洁,具有较强的实用价值和较高的可靠性。Decision-making method using comprehensive evaluation often involves multiple factors or various indicators. Although there is a variety of mathematical methods of comprehensive evaluation, the systematic uncertainty elements have not been solved perfectly. Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is essentially a statistical method to deal with system uncertainty. A method combined the qualitative and quantitative used in program decision-making is its core idea. A new fast uncertainty reasoning approach is presented by way of the cosine of identical discrepant contrary vector angle based on SPA. The practical decision making and analyzing of power equipment selection indicates that the concept is clear and the computing is concise. It also proves the preferable practicability and perfect reliability of the approach.
