药师参与产科围术期合理应用抗菌药的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究分析在产科围术期中药师干预抗菌药合理应用的临床效果。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2013年5月产科收治的200例剖宫产孕妇作为干预组,该组产妇由本院药师参与抗菌药的合理应用,另外选取本院2011年1-12月产科收治的200例剖宫产孕妇作为对照组,该组患者给予常规抗菌药应用。比较两组孕妇的临床效果。结果:干预组产妇在围手术期使用的抗菌药物主要是头孢唑林,二联用药情况有了显著改善,干预组疗程时间明显短于对照组,产妇住院日明显少于对照组,住院药品费用、抗菌药物费用均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产科剖宫产围术期,有药师对抗菌药合理应用进行干预能够取得显著的临床效果,有着很高的可操作性,应该积极推广这种干预模式,发挥其重要的临床意义。Objective：To explore the analysis in obstetrics perioperative period rational application of antimicrobials in clinical pharmacists intervention effect.Method：200 pregnant women with cesarean section in the obstetric from January 2012 to May 2013 were selected as the intervention group,this group of women by hospital pharmacists participated in the reasonable application of antibacterial drug,and 200 pregnant women with cesarean section in the obstetric from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected as the control group,they were given routine antimicrobial drug application,The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The intervention group maternal in the perioperative use of antibacterial drugs mainly cefazolin,duplex medications had significant improvement,treatment time of the intervention group was significantly shorter than the control group,maternal hospital stay was significantly less than that of the control group,the hospitalization cost and the cost of antibiotics were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative in obstetric cesarean delivery, there is pharmacist interventions to rational application of antimicrobials can obtain significant clinical effect,have high maneuverability,should actively promote the intervention mode,play the important clinical significance.
