摘 要:目的:研究ICU危重患者预后与早期胃肠营养干预的相关性。方法:选取2009年1月-2013年4月本院接诊的160例ICU危重患者进行研究。按照随机数字表法均分为试验组和对照组,每组80例。对照组采用常规的护理和治疗措施对患者实施治疗,试验组在常规护理和治疗的基础上,对患者实施早期胃肠营养干预。结果:治疗后,试验组患者的各营养状况的指标的量均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组患者的并发症发生率(8.75%)明显低于对照组(25.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=7.5299,P=0.0061)。结论:采用早期胃肠营养干预对ICU危重患者实施干预,可显著改善患者的预后状况,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the correlation of prognosis of critically ill ICU patients with early parenteral nutrition intervention.Method:160 cases critically ill ICU patients from January 2009 to April 2013 were studied. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was used conventional care and treatment for treatment,the experimental group in the regular care and treatment,was based on the implementation of early parenteral nutrition in patients with intervention.Result:The indicators of nutritional status in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). The incidence of complications in patients(8.75%) of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant( χ2=7.5299,P=0.0061). Conclusion:Early parenteral nutrition in critically ill patients in ICU intervention implemented intervention can significantly improve the prognosis of the patient condition,worthy of clinical application.
