摘　　要：目的:研究伤痛康胶囊的制备工艺及鉴别方法。方法:采用正交设计实验优选最佳水提工艺,采用显微鉴别、薄层鉴别法对制剂进行质量控制。结果:该制剂最佳水提工艺为加8倍量水,提取3次,每次提取时间为2小时。制剂按照鉴别方法均可检出。结论:该制备工艺及制剂鉴别方法合理可行,专属性、重现性良好。Abstract： Objective：To study of preparation and identification of ShangTongKang Capsule. Optimized the preparation by orthogonal design experiment optimum water extraction process, identification of the medicinal herbal by microscopic identification and TLC. The preparation of the optimum extraction process was as follows： adding 8 times amount of water, extracting for 3 times, each time 2 hours extraction. The preparation process and preparation method is reasonable and feasible, with good reproducibility, specificity.
