摘  要:目的:探讨不同产地槐米药材产地鉴别和质量控制的方法。方法:采用涡旋混合方法,将槐米药材粉末和辅料制成半固体凝胶状样品,并对药材粉末中花粉粒、非腺毛和导管进行显微观察、计量,对结果进行统计分析。结果:不同产地样品的花粉粒或非腺毛会存在差异性。结论:多指标计量方法能较全面反映不同产地槐米的显微特征的异同,可作为槐米药材产地鉴别和质量控制的手段之一。Abstract: Objective:Objective: To investigate the different methods from the origin identification and quality control of Flos Sophorae. Methods: By vortex mixing method, makeing the Sophorae Flos and supplementary material semisolid gel samples, microscopic observationing, measurementing and statistical analysising of the results of the medicinal powder in pollen grains, non glandular hairs and catheter. Results: Different origin samples of pollen grains or non glandular hairs will exist differences. Conclusion: Similarities and differences between the microscopic characteristics of multi index measurement method can better reflect the different origin of Flos Sophorae, can be used as one of the means of Sophora japonica identification and quality control of herbal origin.
