摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法:60例胫骨骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予切开复位钢板固定术治疗,观察组给予经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗。结果:观察组患者治愈率为100.0%,高于对照组的75.0%;两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨骨折效果显著,值得推荐。Objective：To study the percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation curative effect for the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods：60 patients with tibial fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases,control group given open reduction and plate fixation treatment, the observation group of percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation treatment. Results：The observation group of patients cure rate was 100.0%, 75.0% higher than the control group; Comparing the two groups, the difference statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation treatment of tibia fracture effect is remarkable, is worth to recommend.
