摘　　要：目的:加强我院抗菌药物临床应用管理,规范抗菌药物的临床使用。方法:建立我院抗菌药物处方专项点评模式,同时采用回顾性分析,阐述我院抗菌药物专项处方点评模式的建立和应用情况。结果:我院抗菌药物临床应用各项指标的合理率明显上升。结论:抗菌药物处方专项点评模式的应用提高了我院抗菌药物临床应用的水平。Objective：To enhance the clinical application management of antibiotics in our hospital, standardize the clinical application of antibiotics.Methods：To establish a appropriative prescription evaluation model of antibiotics.Using retrospective analysis methods, the development and application of appropriative prescription evaluation model for antibiotics in our hospital were interpreted.Results： The reasonable ratio of antibiotics were increased in our hospital.Conclusion ：The application of appropriative prescription evaluation model for antibiotics have improved the clinical application level of antibiotics in our hospital.
