摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌患者介入治疗术后的护理措施及临床效果。方法:选取2009年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的32例食管癌患者,均进行介入治疗,分析术后的护理应用措施及效果,指导临床护理实践。结果:32例食管癌患者介入治疗后经过综合性护理,28例部分缓解,进食较治疗前顺畅,5例患者失眠,未出现狭窄梗阻、支架移位等并发症,患者生存质量得到提高,临床有效率达87.50%。结论:食管癌患者介入治疗手术后的综合护理能使患者尽快恢复进食功能、保障食管持续通畅,有效改善患者生活质量,值得应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment and nursing measures in patients with esophageal cancer after operation. Method：Selection in January 2009 to December 2012 of 32 patients with esophageal cancer were admitted in the author’s hospital,both for intervention treatment,analysis of postoperative nursing measures and application effect,to guide clinical nursing practice.Result：32 cases of interventional treatment for esophageal cancer patients after the comprehensive nursing,28 cases of eating than before treatment in 5 patients with insomnia,smooth,no complications such as stenosis and obstruction,stent migration,survival quality of patients was improved,the effective rate was 87.50%.Conclusion：The clinical interventional therapy in patients with esophageal cancer after operation can make patients recover feeding function,safeguard esophageal sustained patency as soon as possible, effectively improve the life quality of patients,it is worthy of application.
