摘　　要：目的:了解血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)的临床特征及治疗,加深对该病的认识。方法:回顾性分析7例住院TTP患者的临床特征、诊治情况。结果:7例TTP患者中,1例治愈,2例好转,4例死亡。结论:TTP容易误诊,死亡率高,血浆置换是TTP的首选治疗方案。Objective： To analyze clinical features and treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.Metbod ： The clinical features, diagnosis and therapy of seven inpatients with TTP were retrospectively analyzed.Result： After treatment, only one patient with TTP was cured, and 2 patients with TTP were improved, and four patients with TTP died.Conclusion： TTP is easily misdiagnosed, and the mortality rate is high, and plasmapheresis is still the optimal therapeutic schedule for patients with TTP.
