128例晚期新生儿败血症病因分析与预防

摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期新生儿败血症发病原因及预防措施。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法对2011年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的128例晚期败血症患儿的居住环境、人群分布、发病诱因、入院时感染情况进行总结分析。结果:128例患儿中,农村82例,城镇46例;足月儿83例,早产儿45例;先天性疾病及发育不全28例;扎马牙、挤奶眼78例,上呼吸道感染接触史23例;皮肤黏膜感染87例,脐部感染51例,呼吸系统感染35例,消化系统感染25例,其他感染12例。结论:晚期新生儿败血症农村发病率高于城镇,且以出生后社区感染为主;皮肤黏膜感染、脐部感染、肺部感染、消化系统感染是晚期新生儿发生败血症的主要原因;早产儿、先天性疾病患儿为高危人群。采取有效的感染防治措施能减少新生儿败血症的发生。Objective： To study the etiology and preventive measures of late neonatal septicemia.Method： Adopted the method of retrospective investigation to analyze the living environment, population distribution, predisposing factors and infection situation of 128 cases of late neonatal septicemia during January 2011 to January 2013.Result： In the 128 eases of late neonatal septicemia, there were 82 rural children and 46 urban children; The number of term and pretenn infants were 83 and 45 ; The Congenital diseases and dysplasia children were 28 cases; There were 78 children which were pricked horse teeth or milking eye.The number of upper respiratory infection, skin mucous membrane infection, navel infection, the respiratory system infection, digestive system infection, and other infections were 23, 87, 5l, 35, 25 and 12, respectively.Conelusioll： The incidence of late neonatal sepsis in rural is higher than the urban areas, and the incidence gives priority to the community infection after birth.The skin mucous membrane infection, navel infection, pulmonary infection and digestive system infection are the main cause of late neonatal septicemia.In addition, the high-risk groups of the disease are the premature infants and children with congenital diseases.So we indicate that if we can take effective measures to control infections, the occurrence rate of late neonatal septicemia will be significantly reduced.
