摘　　要：探讨了以太网帧协议和TCP/IP协议,研究了以太网控制器芯片RTL8019AS及其内部结构,同时采用微控制器STC90C516RD+为核心,设计相应的以太网驱动程序,实现了TCP/IP协议栈、以太网介质访问层和物理层功能,完成了接口层中数据帧的发送接收,从而实现嵌入式设备的以太网数据交换。Describes the Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol, and studies the RTL8019AS Ethernet controller chip and its internal structure. Meanwhile, using a microcontroller named STC90CS16RD ＋ as a core, we designed corresponding Ethernet driver and realized the function of TCP/IP protocol stack, Ethernet media access layer and physical layer. That accomplished the transmission and reception of data frame which located in the interface layer. Thus it realized the data exchange between embedded device and Ethernet.
