桃红四物汤加减治疗颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究中药汤剂桃红四物汤在骨科颈椎病中的应用效果。方法通过我科门诊病历的分析,随机分为两组治疗组、对照组并对两组结果做出对比结果治疗组治愈32例,有效24例,有效率90.3%对照组治愈24例,有效16例,有效率66.7%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加减方补肾养血、疏肝理气、活血止痛对颈椎病引起的典型症状脖子僵硬、手臂肩部麻木、疼痛、头晕、眩晕、呕吐有明显的治疗和缓解作用,疗效突出,值得研究推广使用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the Chinese Medical preparation Tao Hong Si Wu Tang treating cervical spondylosis in Orthopedics： Methods Randomly grouping the clinical record to two groups, treating group and control group, according to their analyses, and then compared the results. Results In the treating group, 32 cases were curative, 24 cased were effective, and the effective rate was 90.3%; in the control group, 24 cases were curative, 16 cases were effective, and the effective rate was 66.7%. The difference possessed statistical significance according to the statistical analysis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Tao Hong Si Wu Tang plus or minus prescription possesses the function of invigorationg the kidney and nourishing, smoothing the liver and regulating Qi, promoting blood circulation and arresting pain, then it possesses predominant effect to treat and release the typical symptoms of neck stiffness, numbness of arms and shoulders, ache, dizziness, vertigo and disgorging, so it is deserved to study its extend and application.
